  • Name

  • Where you are from

  • Short bio

  • Email

  • What’s keeping you positive?

  • Can we publish this? (yes or no)

 

Summit Playhouse Bake-Off Rules

  • All plays must be in pdf format

  • All ingredients must be used

  • All submissions must be emailed by 6pm EST on July 12
